In the spring of 1996 I helped start Narvik's very first professional estate agency. My first sale was a «Swedish house» in Finnbekken for all of NOK 925,000. Since then the industry has changed dramatically — in prices, in how a home is sold, and in what clients rightly expect of their agent.

Long experience is no guarantee in itself, but it gives sellers and buyers extra weight and security. Experienced agents know how to prevent pitfalls, keep the transaction safe and protect both parties' interests. That is why we say «our knowledge is your peace of mind».
